This is another Album I looked at within my genre. Firstly I love the colour scheme of this the red is a main colour its on her lips ad her hair also the writing on the back of the CD is written in red writing. This may be done to relate to her album cover title loud as red is a very vibrant and bold colour. The extreme close up image as it shows all the little details like her lips her tattoo etc. It also shows her seductive facial expression as her lips are slightly parted and her head is tilted in such a way. The title is simple and easy to read "LOUD" has been written clearly across the bottom and Rihanna has bee clearly written on the side. The back phot is a medium shot it shows her body language. I like the way the use of lighting in the background it is very useful for creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The writing is clearly written separately and the right hand side making it easier and clear to read. The spine is a addition to the front cover of her hair so the writing is written in white which makes it stand out against the red background. Inside, the image on the left hand side is another extreme close-up this time she is directly looking into the camera although one eye has been covered by her hair. she has a rose in her mouth. The theme of roses continues on to the actual CD where it is a picture of a rose I think this is a very effective. I would like to do something similar for my Album CD by putting a image on it.
